What is a financial coach?

A financial coach is a guide and accountability partner that helps you achieve your financial goals.

 

Why is financial coaching important?

Financial literacy is not often taught in school. A money coach will teach you how to manage your money to avoid financial pitfalls.

 

Aren't you just teaching me how to save money? Why should I pay for that? 

Financial coaching is much more than how to save money or create a budget. We teach you how to invest for your future, how to buy a house and fund your child’s education and leave your possessions to your heirs. Knowledge is power and knowing how money works will prevent you from falling into traps. The money you spend on money coaching is an investment in yourself that leaves you poised to build generation-changing wealth.

 

Is it even possible for a normal person to get ahead?

Yes it is! Our founder, Jeff Fort, started this coaching practice based on the belief that ordinary people can win with their finances. Most millionaires averaged less than $100,000 a year and very few inherited their wealth. Millionaires are generally ordinary working class people with good financial strategies. 

 

How does it work?

You complete a the pre-session questionnaire that explains your financial needs and then we schedule a free consultation with you. After that, we build a coaching package for your needs. We also have pre-made packages available if you so choose. 

 

If I’m broke, how can I afford coaching?

We will work with you to brainstorm ideas to afford coaching.The average family spends about $3,000 a year eating out  a year so in many cases, a good budget will do the trick. However, payment plans are available to help with the cost if needed. We also have a free resource page and a blog for your needs as well.
